The foundation is BGSTM. A six-phase testing methodology that connects requirements, risk, execution, and results across the tools a team already uses.

A valid change can still break the business rule.

In Salesforce Change Impact Lab, I tested whether changed metadata still enforced its original business intent. Conventional checks could pass while the release gate correctly returned NO-GO.

I connect testing, architecture, and product thinking.

I'm Brad Guider. My background spans enterprise software testing, automation, QA leadership, and cross-functional delivery. Today, I apply that experience to APIs, web applications, and AI systems that choose and act.

I created BGSTM to connect requirements, test design, execution, and release decisions. That same discipline shapes NAT, QAgent, and my agent evaluation work: preserve the meaning of the requirement, make uncertainty visible, and keep the evidence inspectable.

I also build and run Strength of Record, a college-football rankings and analytics product, and deliver Doxy.me telehealth implementations and HIPAA-aware websites for healthcare providers.

If your testing process feels disconnected from how your software is actually built, that's the gap I work in.

Principles

  • Evidence over assumptions Decisions and releases backed by observable results, not gut feel.
  • Systems over isolated scripts Durable testing architecture instead of disposable automation.
  • Clarity over complexity Simple, legible processes that teams actually follow.
