Who I Am

I'm Brad Guider, a Deep Dive Intelligence Analyst with deep expertise in software quality engineering — both manual and automated. I created BGSTM (Better Global Software Testing Methodology), a comprehensive, methodology-agnostic testing framework that brings structure and rigour to the entire software testing lifecycle, from requirements analysis through to release and retrospective.

I also created NAT (NeuroAgentTest) — an open-source, AI-powered multi-agent neural network framework for automated API testing and security scanning. NAT is grounded in doctoral thesis research on BDI (Belief-Desire-Intention) agent architectures and brings adaptive risk scoring, anomaly detection, and OWASP API Top 10 coverage to modern CI/CD pipelines.

My day-to-day expertise spans manual test design, Playwright automation, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and full CI/CD pipeline management. I'm methodology-agnostic — equally comfortable in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments — and I bring a business-oriented lens to quality, including ROI analysis and stakeholder communication.
