Explore the approachThe foundation is BGSTM. A six-phase testing methodology that connects requirements, risk, execution, and results across the tools a team already uses.
Read about BGSTM →In Salesforce Change Impact Lab, I tested whether changed metadata still enforced its original business intent. Conventional checks could pass while the release gate correctly returned NO-GO.

Testing platforms and automation that scale with your product instead of slowing it down.
Doxy.me-integrated telehealth sites and HIPAA-aware provider websites, built so clinicians can focus on patients, not paperwork.
Quality assurance for healthcare and other regulated environments, applied with compliance-conscious rigor.
I'm Brad Guider. My background spans enterprise software testing, automation, QA leadership, and cross-functional delivery. Today, I apply that experience to APIs, web applications, and AI systems that choose and act.
I created BGSTM to connect requirements, test design, execution, and release decisions. That same discipline shapes NAT, QAgent, and my agent evaluation work: preserve the meaning of the requirement, make uncertainty visible, and keep the evidence inspectable.
I also build and run Strength of Record, a college-football rankings and analytics product, and deliver Doxy.me telehealth implementations and HIPAA-aware websites for healthcare providers.
If your testing process feels disconnected from how your software is actually built, that's the gap I work in.
